YES and partially no. Each set is fully handmade making no two dice the same, BUT I do keep track of how I made each set so I can always try my best to recreate something that caught your fancy.

While still very small, most of my dice are only made that one time to allow for more varieties. If you show interest in a style that is sold-out, feel free to reach out and I will do my best to re-stock what you have your eye on!

Ensuring that each die is balanced is crucial for fair gameplay and I take pride in crafting high-quality, balanced dice to the best of any dice-maker's ability. Below how I properly ensure the fairest dice possible. Balancing Check: 1. Fill a glass or bowl with water and add a few drops of dish soap to reduce surface tension. 2. Gently place a single die in the water. A balanced die should float and not consistently fall on the same number. 3. Rotate the die a few times to ensure it doesn’t favor certain faces. For more precision, I repeat this test 35 times to see if I can find inconsistencies. 4. If they are balanced, they are ready to go to a dice goblin!

Unlike mass-produced dice, my handmade dice are created individually by only myself and each set takes significant time and attention to detail. Small business dice-maker's like myself don't have big machinery or multiple preassure pots at the ready, so each set does take a heafty chunk of time. Each die is also carefully shaped, polished, and inspected to ensure precision and aesthetic appeal. I use premium materials, some of which are custom-sourced, adding to the cost. Additionally, many of my dice feature unique designs and intricate artwork, which require advanced techniques and specialized tools. When you purchase a set of handmade dice from Shadowfell Sundries, you're not just buying gaming accessories; you're investing in miniature works of art that enhance your gaming experience.

I ship within the United States only for the time being and will provide you with a tracking number for your order once it’s shipped. Your dice will be packaged in a cardboard box mailer with shredded paper padding to keep them safe during transit, while also inside a small velvet bag so they don’t get chipped or cracked. Pre-made sets typically ship within 2-4 business days once paid for. Custom commissions will take a bit longer, expect about 1-2 weeks to produce and ship your dice depending on how many revisions are needed. Any time constraints will be communicated with you! I will offer full refunds for sets that arrive damaged or get lost in transit! I’ll do my best to set right any orders that are mis-delivered due to an incorrect address, but it’s ultimately the customer’s responsibility to double check that the shipping address is correct on your confirmation email. Since these dice are all made by hand by little ol me, they may include small imperfections such as microbubbles or rough edges from sanding, all of which I do try to ensure are seen in the photos and videos of the product. I try to make every set as perfect as possible, but I unfortunately will not accept returns based on these reasons alone.
